What Personal Data Do We Collect?
We collect personal data from users at different instances and for various purposes:
- a) When you download the application, we ask for your email to create a unique account for your Quentro wallet.
- b) We also request your first name, last name, and document number for ticket identification.
- c) In some cases, a selfie may be requested by the event organizer for biometric validation. Biometric data collection in Brazilian sports events with more than 20,000 attendees complies with General Sports Law No. 14,597.
- d) For nominated tickets, additional data may be included:
- First name
- Last name
- Document type
- Document number
- Date of birth
- Condition for preferential pricing access
How Long Do We Store Your Personal Data?
Your personal data remains in our database until you request its deletion, provided it does not affect the rights of third parties. Biometric data requested by event organizers will be deleted within six months after the event ends.
Where Do We Store Personal Data?
We store personal data on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States. By using Quentro, you consent to this transfer and delegation to third parties. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our services.
With Whom Do We Share It?
We do not sell or share personal data except with authorized digital service providers, such as:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Providers must comply with the same data protection standards we uphold.
Confidentiality
Personal data is considered confidential and will not be shared without your authorization, except when required by a court with a valid resolution.
Rights of Data Subjects
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- a) Access: Request a copy of your data via info@quentro.com with subject “personal data”.
- b) Modification/Update: Request updates to incorrect data via info@quentro.com with subject “Update of Personal Data”. Some data can be updated directly in the app.
- c) Deletion: Request data deletion when it's no longer needed or if you withdraw your consent, provided it doesn’t harm third parties or conflict with legal obligations.
